Role

  • Optimise our web content to make them as visible as possible to search engines
  • Work closely with web developers and liaise with management
  • Analyse business objectives, content and intended audiences in order to devise strategies for obtaining prominent listings with search engines

Skills

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of the latest SEO theory, trends including key phrase analysis, page optimisation and link building
  • Experience in putting theory into practice, with demonstrable results
  • Excellent analytical skills, especially when dealing with web statistics
  • SEO report writing * Use of SEO online tools and software
  • Strong knowledge in Internet and web development technologies: HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java
  • Demonstrated results increasing site rankings and search traffic
  • Excellent interpersonal, client services skills
  • Outstanding verbal, written communication skills

Qualifications

  • IT or Marketing based degree is preferred
  • 2+ years experience in the industry is preferred
